Aungst, Linda Elizabeth, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Riverdale, N.J. on December 28th, 2017 at the age of 35. Linda was born in Chilton Memorial Hospital in Pompton Plains, N.J. on June 24th, 1982 to the parents of Carolyn Zutter (Pallozzi) and Thomas Aungst. At birth Linda had been diagnosed with Brain Atrophy and Cerebral Palsy where she was not expected to live past the age of 3. She proved the Medical World and all of us wrong. Although she was never able to speak or walk and do all the things children could do, the one thing Linda had was lots of love and to know her was to love her. Linda did not know how to hate or be racial she just loved. Linda had 2 favorite songs she liked to hum along with they were “You are my sunshine” and “A bushel and a peck”, when these were sung to her she would light up. Linda is survived by her parents Carolyn Zutter and Thomas Aungst, along with her 2nd mom Lori Aungst, a sister Ashley Rose Aungst, and 3 brothers Corey Stevens, Steven Zutter and Ryan Aungst and Grandparents William and MaryAnn Cirasa. Linda is preceded in death by Grandparents Wes and Elizabeth Aungst and Great Grandparents John and Mary Wazenski.  So now with your Angel Wings go run, jump, roll down those green hills, swing on a swing and be free baby girl until we meet again. Arrangements entrusted to Richards Funeral Home.
